Hope all of you have a lovely Christmas. My Christmas this year is so different from last year, no need to go church, as no event in church. I thought i will have lonely christmas, but indeed i had a very fun christmas eve.. had steamboat near my house to celebrate birthday,went to east coast for a drink..

Christmas day spent with my family~~

Boxing day went to watch tron Leagcy.. suppose to have more people to go, end up all put aeroplane.. then become only me and him..

not much people watching though..

after movie we walked from marina square to suntec to esplande, standing beside the singapore river, to talk and enjoy the sea breeze, felt so relaxing.. =)

had late dinner at thai express.. end up we went home at around 10.30pm.. thanks for accompany me to go home although it was so far for you to go one big round.

4/11/2010 Happy Wednesday.. don't know why that day my colleagues keep asking me where am I going. hmm, do I look very different? haha.. maybe i was too excited and happy..

I must wrote this sweet memories down.

One week ago was your birthday, the next day after your actual birthday, we went out as a group..

we didn't really talked much on that night.. too shy..

suddenly i have an urge to sms you to ask when will you be free..

surprisingly, you didn't reject me, you said actually do not need to celebrate but I don't care just want to treat you. haha..

end up we meet up on wednesday.. I ask u to choose the venue, but u said it was me to choose.

in the end ask you to choose between Japanese or western. so final decision was Japanese.

first time i felt so difficult to choose where to eat, I scare you don't like what I had chosen.

you said it was awkward so we ended up I went from office and you went from your client's place.

at first i want to go waraku @ marina square, cos can make reservation, then i decided to change to city hall sushi tei.

Oh but the quenue is too long, have to wait for half and hour. then i said let's change to sakae sushi @ city link.

we didn't order alot, maybe because you were too full!! or you don't want me to spend too much? haha..

before that I bought two boxes of chocolate for you as your birthday present, hope you like it.

we did talked alot.. hee.. like finally. cos only the two of us..

at first you want to treat me, cos you said i had already gave you present. but i kept saying cannot cos I'm the one who said i will treat you..

then at first i thought of walking around at city link, but you said you just walked and nothing much to shop, you also said is too far for me since my car was parked at raffles shopping centre.

so thoughtful of you.. =) but actually nothing much to shop at raffles shopping centre.

then i said i need to go washroom, you waited for me but one funny thing, when i walking toward you, you also walking toward me. haha..

we walked around @ city chain.. then you asked me wanna go home or still continue walking. then i decided to go home since i was tired and it was already 9pm..

I wanna fetch you home but u don't allow me said that is very conveneience for you to take train home..

One little sweet thing you did, none of the guy did that to me before.. haha.. you accompany me to go to car park to make sure i was safe. wow you really a gentleman. hee.. so sweet of you..

finally i took a photo with you.. and don't know is it am I too excited. i forgot where I park my car. haha.. in the end i manage to find it..

haven update my blog for the past 1 month, have been busy moving office, went back to Hk for my holiday..

suppose to be a happy occassion to celebrate my grandma's birthday ( father side) but the next day another grandma ( mummy's mum) passed away.

Totally I can't accept the fact, i thought it was just a dream... One day In heaven, the next day like in Hell!!

the unhappy sept was finally over but the Oct doesn't means a happy one too..

I haven update for my blog for ages.. been busy doing month end closing, prepare to move office. Now everything has been settled. Super tired for the past few weeks.

Especially for this week, has been OT everyday to get all the things pack into boxes. I didn't get enough sleep, not even have a proper meal.. taking all the junk food. =(

So many things have to be done. Bad news one after another one. I will be collepseing soon. pray for me..

The $10 Spinelli voucher, to other people it may be just a voucher, nothing special. But to me is a very special voucher, Thanks to the special one who gave it to me. Although sometime you may be very "cool" to me, but these few days we seem to break the barrier. Thank you.

During the moving of office, i found that my colleagues are very united. We help eachother, so that we can get our things done as soon as possible. A big thanks to my engineers, they are really good. Yesterday, I was station at the old office, in the afternoon then we went back to new office. And my table was full of 10 cartons. I don't even know where to start to unpack. Once my engineers have completed their stuffs, 4 of the engineers asked me whether got anything to help. At first i say is ok, i can unpack myself and they should help the colleague whom she need more help than me.

Anyway, thanks for all the help. espcially help me carry all the heavy stuffs, climb up and down. Thank you so much.

To the special one, thanks for always making my laugh when i felt sad or emo. Your little joke really make my day. Thank you.

Thursday~~ Our once a month outing with my lovely colleagues. This time we had a new colleague-eileen to join us..

Today dinner at Kichi Kichi @ Taka 5th Floor.

We are always have Conveyor belt with sushi, this time round we had steamboat with Conveyor belt. You can choose to have your own Hot pot or have a share hot pot. Since we had 6 of us, it was good to have a share hot pot. Out of the six soup base, mushroom, chicken, prawn, herbal, tom yam, sichuan, we choosed 4. The mushroom siup base is the best!!

Food on the conveyor belt.. I will pity the one who wash all these plates.. so many plates to wash. haha. actually eash plate has very litty quantities of food which is good, so that we won't waste the un-eaten food, just take whatever you want.

Tonight dinner at the restaurant called Wild Honey at Mandarin Gallery.. All day breakfast menu. Nice atmosphere, but portion of the food was abit too big.

Finally! Meet up with my bestie~ Sili. We went to Suki-Ya Eat-All-You-Can Shabu Shabu Buffet at marina square , the variety of food are littly, but overall the soup base is super nice.

you only have 100 mins to finish the buffet, i think is good, so that more people can come. Smart idea. Felt so full, we decided to walk to merlion to sit down beside the river to enjoy the sea breeze and have a chit chat.

A bad day today, feeling so terrible. We are suppose to be sisters but I think we are no longer as close as before. Things have changed, disappointed and sad.

Lovely Genevive finally back to church, miss her dearly. She gave me a surprise today, i sat down on the chair to look at his little brother, suddenly she gave me a kiss on cheek. Little girl make my day...thanks sweetie.. Love her loads!! How i wish I can have someone to share the burden right now, someone will be there for me.

This 60+ hectare intergrated, themed education and recreation venue and world-class exotourism facility contains extensive wetland habitats, outdoor exhibits, boardwalks and bird hides. Look and listen, but it's wise to avoid with the birds. But this time we hardly see any birds.

17 years of friendship is not easy to maintain.. I treasure the time we spent together when we were just a childredn.. Alice and Pearl brought me to a place to have Thai food. Yummy~~ Cheap and delicious.. Should try it again next time.

After dinner, shop around Mong Kok and we went to Tsim Sha Tusi for drink and M1 Bar. And Johnny joined us. I haven seen him since I left hk to come here..wow, can't really recongize him. A great night May our friendship continue to be strong.. Friends forever.

A hot and Sunny day~~ We were late to board the Ferry to Cheung Chau. Decided to wait for another Ferry so went to IFC for a toilet break. haha..

This is the Finance Street~~

Here we go~ Cheung Chau~~ I'm coming~~
Cheung Chau~ This tiny dumb bell shaped island is one of the most densely populated islands, where many villagers still cling to old traditions. Pak Tai Temple, the oldest temple on the island has historic relics and is the focal point of the exotic Cheung Chau Bun Festival. Usually it held in May.

The potato Chips~~ you can simply add different spices on it. Black pepper, curry powder etc. Must try~~

Our first destination~~ Mini Gret Wall. See so many stairs to Climb.. Very reluctant to do it. But it was all worth after all.

Nice weather.. I love nature~~ See behind is the Vase Rock~ our next destination.

And we bought some traditional food from Cheung Chau. Left hand side is the Cheung Chau Bun and some pudding.

Sun set~ Is time to go back.. We took 1 hour ferry to Central.. Another about 5 mins of ferry ride from Central to Tsim Sha Tsui.

A new attraction in Hong Kong

it was located just beside the Ferry terminal.

Let's me give you a little introduction about this place and maybe next time if you go to hk shall visit it.

1881 Heritage is located on Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui. 1881 Heritage boasts an area of 130,000 square feet. A shopping mall, a heritage hotel and an exhibition hall. The original site of 1881 Heritage was occupied by the Hong Kong Marine Police as their headquarters from the 1880's to 1996. The building's unique Victorian architecture epotomize its rich colonial background.

Continue with my Hk trip. It is always best to go back home. Feel so relieved and simply just forget all the work behind.. To eat all the delicious food is another reason.

My favourite Chee Cheong Fan.. What so nice about hk Chee Cheong Fan and Singapore's? hmm.. maybe is the texture and the sauce.. Hk Chee Cheong Fan is much more softer than those in S'pore and of course the different chilli sauce. Singapore chilli sauce is more spicy compare to hk. And S'pore like to use dark sweet sauce. But hk one is red sweet sauce. And sweeter though.

Curry fish ball and mini siew mai. The best local snack I love the most..

I went to Yuen Long to visit Tracy's daughter. Her new born daughter was just 1.5 months old.

Very adorable~ Do I have the "motherly" look? haha.. I helped to feed her milk while thier parents have the time to eat their dinner..

I'm back to blog. Although I don't know how many people are still reading this blog, but I will still continue to blog. maybe until one day I don't feel like blogging. Will try to keep this mroe active. This blog brought me alot of memories. =)

Macau Trip here we go~~

Daddy had free stay @ four season hotel, so we decided to go for a 2 days 1 night Macau trip. From hong kong to Macau it only took abour 1 hour ferry ride.. Quite fast.. upon arrival at Macau, check in to the hotel and we walked to The Venetian hotel, since I did not go there before.

A big place to shop around while waiting for Daddy. =) About 7pm we went for dinner. Portuguese Cuisine. I will recommend the " Dumbo" restuarnt to try the Portuguese Cuisine.

A big thanks to all my lovely families, friends for the birthday wishes via facebook, msn, sms, etc.. Thanks..

This year birthday was just a simple one.. the whole day went to town with Mummy.. Shopping here and there..

And I had my birthday dinner at Trader's hotel. Cos DBS credit card having discount for birthday treat.

After the dinner, since I don't have any cake for this year birthday, so went to the dessert bar to take a piece of cake and asked the waiter for the candle. But don't know why we can't light the lighter. And one of the waiter saw it, and he went to prepare a cake for me.. Thanks.

We had dinner at this new restaurant at Paragon " Big O Cafe and restaurant". The food not bad..

I had a great weekend.. Went to YA yesterday, glad to see all the smiley faces, I'm happy to be part of their family and think they happy that I joined YA. A good fellowship, know each other better.

My New year resolution: To be consistency, to attend service, cannot just stuck in the children ministry.

On the other hand, I'm very sad, heart broken and I lost a friend. My best sis.. I don't know what she is thinking, somehow she is living in her own world, like no one will understand her. I tried! But failed! I really don't know how to help her. She changed !

I just came back from my colleague Eileen's wedding, a very causal wedding, is like a Friends gathering.. first time being invited under my name.. The wedding banquet was held at Singapore Flyer, first time being there... A crazy afternoon, everyone almost drunk. Think the next crazy session will be CNY dinner..

Christmas 2009 was spent at Aunt Sylvia's house. She host a party for the Youth and YA. 50 over people in one house. We are the first to reach her house, so we can ahve plenty of tiem to take pictures..

Merry Christmas to all... so busy for this X'mas till i don't have the time to update.. having many rehearsal for the past few weeks. Is worth it although i was very tired. practice till late and woke up early in the morning to go to work. but we all did a great job for God.. =)

Had dinner at Tony Roma at suntec, not very nice, but alot of people queue for it.. I was late, suppose to meet xue yin at 5pm to shop for his present, but i couldn't find parking lot.. so sorry to keep you waiting!!

7 Nov 2009 Sat, A day which I will always remember. After waiting for 1 year, finally I'm GRADUATED. I'm so happy on that day. But on the other hand, I'm sad that studies life are over..to me this is a new chapter of learning life..

Woke up early in the morning, and meet my friends for breakfast at City hall.. All of them wore very smartly in white and black.. haha...

The Graduation Ceremony started at 12pm. before it commenced, we took lots of photos. So do enjoy the photos below.. =)

26/09/2009 suppose to meet valen, xiao wei, jia hao and wei jie for dinner. But last min being called to watch F1 with my " bf". Cos Daddy was sick and don't want to waste the expensive tickets. so no choice, I have to go..

So sorry for not turning up for the dinner, I really really wish to be there.. really sorry.. For the F1, this time we don't have to walk so far.. quite near to the mrt.. and this time we had the forth row, can see really clear.. overall not so bad..

木糠布甸~~ Serradura

A very easy dessert to make.. What you need is only 200ml whipping cream, marine biscuits and 60g of icing sugar..

Chop the biscuits into powder form..

Use egg mixter to stir the whipping cream for at least 5mins, use 2-3 times to add in the icing sugar. after which, layer by layer.. That's it.. done~~ Then put in the frezer for about 3 hours..

easy right? anyone want? haha..

20.09.2009 a very special day...Long time never bake cake.. I tried this mini cake... nice.. One mouthful cake...

50-60 mini cakes

1. 150g unsalted butter

2. 12g sugar

3. 3 egg white

4. 3 egg yolks

5. 100g sugar

6.125g of cake flour

7.1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

Step 1 :preheat Oven to 180 degree Celsius for 15min

Step 2: Butter + sugar (12g) beat till light yellow color, use 2-3times to add in the egg yolk, stir well..

Step 3: egg white + sugar (100g) beat till it was white and fluffy..

Step 4: Slowly add the egg yolk mixture into the egg white mixture. Finally add in the sifted cake flour & baking powder.. Mix well..

Step 5: Bake for 15-20 mins..

almost done!!

done~~yummy~~ Mummy and brother love it.. now left only half box.. cos too mini already..

有時候在街上見到一些女孩子可能不是太美,但旁邊往往都會拉着一個男生,當然美女往住一定會有很多人追求的.. 當我見到這樣的情況,一定好想在我眼前有一個洞,讓我躲起來,或前面有一輛車,把我撞倒算吧!!

朋友有很多,知心朋友你會有多少個呢? 每一個人都會有自己的生活,自己的事要做,有自己的煩惱等等.. 有時覺得自己太笨了,你對人真心,但哪有多少個人會對你真心呢?往往你當他/她是朋友時,哪他/她有真的當你是朋友嗎?

雖然我常常將心事告訴朋友們,我對每一個人說的都是真心話,但原來有很多人總會利用我軟弱的心靈,用善意的謊言來欺騙我,或者我真是太容易相信人吧!

當我踏進社會工作,就會慢慢發現人是虛偽的,表面上對你很好,但其實在你背後說了很多壞話,是自己不知道的..

I had been working for almost 2 weeks, able to adapt it and get along well with my colleagues. quite enjoy what I'm doing now, although alot of things to do. still have room of improvement and more to learn..

Yesterday, brought Cousin and family to Lau Pa Sat for dinner, and i lost the way to Lau Pa Sat from their hotel. Haiz, end up I had to pay $4 for the ERP... We ordered alot of food, like Chaw Kway Teow, chicken wings, satay, chicken rice etc..

Kyle slept while we had our dinner.. Good boy, when I took this pics, actually he wants to cry, but he just wait and wait. wait till he saw his dad, he start crying. haha..

So cute.. I just sent them to airport.. See your again next year..

In this World there are different kinds of people will different characteristic, some are very nice and kind, they will treat you very well and concern about how you feel. However, some are not, they don't care about your feeling, they will just say some hash things that they actually hurt you, but they just don't realise it.

Each one of us have our own 'limit", some can tolerate it, some cannot. I knew people will keep on asking whether I had found a job or not. I don't mind answering this Q, but do not exceed my "limit"!!

Although I felt hurt, but I have learnt a lesson, do not be bother or care about what other people said, if you think it is not an advice, continue with what you think it is RIGHT!

I will continue with my own path and continue to fulfill my dreams. I'm sure one day I will be succeed.

Lesson for today: " Don't be affect by others!! Do what you think it is right!! Don't give up"

Creme Brulee's Recipe

To Xiao Wei: Here is the Recipe for Creme Brulee.. Enjoy!!

Creme Brulee

Ingredients: 100 ml of Light Cream.. Here is the light cream that I bought ( from cold storage)

50ml of milk

2 egg yolks

1 tablespoon of sugar

few drops of vanilla essence (optional)

Step 1: separate the egg into egg white and egg yolk..

step 2: Preheat the oven to 200 degree Celsius

step 3: mix all the ingredients and used a sieve to pour the mixture into Creme brulee cups. ( not necessary have to use Creme brulee cups, you can use other container that can put into the oven)

Step 4: pour water into the tray and placed the Creme brulee cups on top.

Step 5: Cooked for 40 mins in a 200 degree Celsius oven.

* You can test whether is it cooked or not, used a toothpick to test. If nothing stick on the toothpick means it is done!! *

Step 6: once it is done, wait for it to cool, then pour some sugar on top and used a fire gun to burn it.

Then what about the egg white.. I won't waste it, used it to do Egg White Pudding..

1 bowl:

2 egg white, 5 teaspoons of sugar ( depend on how sweet you want), milk

Step 1: Boil water in a wok

Step 2: mix the sugar and egg white.. then pour milk about 80% full.

Step 3: used the cling paper to cover the top..

step 4: cook it for about 25 min.. same thing use toothpick to test..

Heard about alot of bad news these two days, it really broke my heart! I can't believe this will really happen. When you see the outer look, you can't believe is such a bad person. It's really show a 2 face person...

I felt so emo these few days, I just don't feel like going anywhere... I can feel that many friends are enjoying their life very well. That's good.. I wish I can be one of them. But I knew the Cheerful Carven is lost!! I'm start to think negative, I'm start to do silly things which I'm not suppose to do. I just felt very very down..

In the beginning of this year, I told myself I must be happy. but end up I didn't felt happy. Why? Is it because of the weather that make me feel like this or something else? Many many questions in my mind.

crying every night is no use, shall find ways to solve it.

Sad sad.. No one cares. I just want a listening ears, but where to find? tell me!

Am I that useless?? After the temp jobs I had no more work now.. living in my own world again.. =(

I regreted for being stupid, for didn't study hard for O-level, if I study well, can go to JC then university. A local uni, graduated then find a good job.

somehow I really blame myself for not being able to enter into a local uni. I envy those people who are smart. who are good in studies.

one of my friend who are study in local uni, the school helped them found a job. see so good, after graduated, no need to worry even though now is recession time, just have to wait for another half year, can get a job with high pay.

what about me? no experience, don't have good results, , don't know how to speak well, not good in English etc.. I had more weakness than strength. nobody wants to hire me. now i knew why working experience is so important even though you had a degree. Now everywhere is degree students, or even people with master.

ok back to my own world. don't be surprise if you don't see me for the next 1 month or I'm not going to meet any friends. Sorry and BYE BYE...

meet up with my sec sch classmates. 6 years of friendship still going strong.. we are suppose to meet at 1.30pm. due to the problem of the train, we all were late.. haha... we had our lunch at Raffles city, then we went to buy snacks.. took a train to marina bay and we took a shuttle bus to Marina Barrage.. Thanks God for the good weather, before that it was raining.. lucky when we were there, no more raining..

After which, Hui ying went back home to have dinner, and we headed to Bishan to meet Cheryl Ang. We bought some drinks and curry puffs, and we took a bus for our 2nd part of event.. prawn fishing~~ This was my 1st time having prawn fishing. It is good to train your patience. haha.

total we caught about 27 prawns.. then we BBQ it.. I ate a few and headed back home.. I had so much fun today... We shall go again next time. I'm looking forward to next year!!

Happy 21st birthday to Pei Pei.. attend her birthday yesterday night. She held her party at toa payoh and it's a BBQ party.. All the food was home made food and prepared by her Aunt.. Reached there around 7 plus. Rushed down after work. It was my last day working there. Jobless again. Indeed it was a good experience to work there. The people are friendly and helpful.. Hope to meet nice people again..

Back to the party.. a great catching up session. Each party I went, the cake was so nice.. All the cakes are so unique... More to come..

Yeah! Finally after so long, I can meet up with my friends~~ Happy.. I had half day today, cos I had finished what I suppose to do. So I can leave early. yeah!! We went to Ma maison @ Central for dinner.. waited for the seat for 1 hour..

I had Beef with butter rice.. Yummy~~

I haven been updating my blog.. Everyday just busy working. Yes ar, I had another temp job for 1 month. Hopefully can convert to Perm. I like this company, at least they are the people who work. Not like the previous one. They are very friendly to me. And I did leant quite alot of things.. That's good! A new start..

I miss my friends so much.. They all are busy either working or having school or in a relationship.. Haiz.. So sad.. Why I don't have?? err... sobz.. 1 and 1/2 year to go..

Last sat, we went to have buffet @ Shangarila hotel to celebrate Mother's day..

yes, it's my last day of work!! Finally I can leave that sucky place. And finally my eyes can have a break from seeing the tissue box size laptop. I have been using that laptp for the past 10 days. think my degree will increase very soon.

7th day ( Mon)
Guess what, she didn't turn up today!! Suppose to leave things on my table end up nothing. And I off work at 5pm. Cos the whole office only have 5 people, and the other boss just asked me to leave at 5 as they need to closed the office.

8th day ( Tue)
I took a whole day leave today, cos I have an interview. Finally after sending soo many resumes I had 1 interview. But end up i didn't get the job. It's alright cos I wasn't prepare, quite a last min decision. At least i get some experience on how a interview is like.

9th day ( Wed)
Oh this time she came in slightly earlier, like 12pm. So i do till 7pm. Damn tired. now I understand why working life is so streeful and tired!!

10th( thur )
Which is today. She asked me to come in at 8.30am!! Yes i did reached on time. Guess what she came in at 4pm today!! Lucky, the other boss came in and opened the door, if not I would be waiting outside the office for half an hour! And her boss from India called her today and she never pick up. her boss even called her 4 times yet she didn't answer the call. I think the boss was wondering why she came to work sooo late. from 8.30-6 I did non stop to try to complete as much as I can. But end up I really can't finish!! How can I finish entering the data from april 08-March 09. Which is 1 year. And there is 1 whole pile of documents to enter!! Crazy. If she can give me work for the past few days, definitely I can help to complete it on time.

I overheard the conservation between my Consultant and her. Cos even my consultant think she is weird that why I don't have OT pay since my contract didn't say. U know what she said? she said that when she came in late I have nothing to do, therefore I shouldn't be paying the OT pay! What! is your problem to come in late not my fault! she put the blame on me!! I would say if from the 1st day I don't have OT pay, she should tell me earlier, even before I signed my contract..

Ok hope I won't meet these kind of people again!! starting another job on mon. hopefully this one is good so that I can stay on.. Bless me.

I HATE IT!!

Ok, I had so many things to voice out. Let's me say it out. To make myself feel better. Everyday I had headache and I felt so unhappy. I want to have my freedom!! Let's start!

I had this 10 days temp job. At first I thought is not bad, cos only 10 days and I can have some experience in accounts related jobs. So I still go for the job although is low pay.

1st day (Friday):

I was suppose to report at 9am sharp, so reached there quite early, even though I lost my way to the company. If I don't get lost probably I will reached there at 8.30am. So when I first entered to the lobby, i thought it was still ok. But when I reached the level, I was totally shocked. It looks like a warehouse. And is so quiet. I waited for the staff to open the door, and told her whom do I looking for. So I waited for half an hour, a girl like my age came in to teach me what to do. So i started my work on time. I finished my work within 2 hours. And I asked for more since they are rushing for month end closing. But the girl also don't know what to give me to do! So I just sat there and relax. Then I had my lunch. Yes I ate alone. It's pretty alright to have alone cos I'm used to it. But My mummy sent me a sms which is so touching till I teared on the street. It's so embarrassing. And the supervisor ( Let's give her a name called S) came in at 1pm! So she asked me to do this, and do that and I worked till 7.30pm on the 1st day!! The place was so quiet when I left, mum was abit worried. Thanks God I reached home safely.

2nd day ( Monday):
Same thing, I reached the office at 9am, and you know what, the company haven opened yet. so i waited outside for like 15min for them to open. Again, I continue with my work.. and S came in at 11am. I suppose to work half day, cos she told me her boss is coming from oversea. But in the end she last min asked me to stay till 6.30pm. Alright, I helped her do the work. And she told me I do not have to come on the next day. Good. she said she will leave me work for me to do on wed.

3rd day ( Tuesday):

No work!!

4th day ( Wednesday):
This time i reached the office at 9.15am, cos I don't want to stay outside and wait again!! And I had nothing on my table. So I called her twice in the morning, twice in the afternoon, she also didn't pick up. So the whole morning, I'm stared at my table and the walls!! WASTE MY TIME!! so after my lunch, the other staff saw me got nothing to do, asked me to draw lines for her. I draw till I almost fall asleep!! So I called her again. Then she asked the girl to search things for me to do. I left office at 6pm. And S actually didn't come that day. Why can't she gave me a call asked me not to come, since she got nothing for me to do!!

5th day ( Thursday)
So I very good, helped her sort out all the documents till March.So when she comes, she can teach me. You know what time she came in ? It's 4pm!! So she asked me whether can stayed till 6.30pm, fine, I stayed and help her do. I left office at 6.45pm, she thought me what to do, and she said she will leave the documents on my table, so that next day when I came in, I knew what to do!

6th day ( Friday)
So it's today, she asked me to come at 9.30am, but I reached there 9.10am. Guess what! Nothing was on my table. So free time again!! Whole morning I did nothing. Waste my time AGAIN!! So she came in at 4pm again and asked me to do work!! She asked what time can I stay until today. I said I can't stay for long cos I'm meeting my mum for dinner, and she is waiting for me. So i past her the time sheet, then she told me I DON"T HAVE OT $$$ What I had for the past few days was normal hour rate!! Then why the agent told me have. LIAR!! And she asked me to come tomorrow which is sat to work for her! And from the 1st day, I can't trust her. if tomorrow I reached there at 9am, I'm definitely will be waiting at the staircase. And before I left today, she told me she will sms me, and if she don't asked me to msg her. But I won't msg her!! cos I think tomorrow I go work also normal pay, so no point to work so hard for her! such an Irresponsible supervisor. It's your problem to come so late and my contract didn't say I have to accompany you to work till so late! If she comes on time, definitely all tasks will be completed! And If she asked me to extend my contract! I won't ! No matter how much you pay for me. I just want Freedom and leave this sucky place!

I'm counting down, 4 more days left!! I'm looking forward to leave this place and find a better job! At least a company which are willingly to work. Not like this kind of people. This is my 1st time that encounter such person, who come at work at 4pm. I hate wasting my time!! lucky is 10 days only. I had enough of it!!

Ok, Now i felt much better after writing out this long entry. such a relieve now.

Shall stop here, having a bad headache now, shall go and sleep. and just forget everything!!

Lovely Children

I love to serve in the children ministry cos of these group of lovely children. They are adorable.. When I was young, my dream is to become teacher. I can say my dream do come true. Little kids are so lovely, when you see them, all your unhappiness will just go off. You will feel happy to be with them. One thing I learnt when taking care of children, you must be patience, cos they are just a few years old kids, you can't expect them to be fully understand what you tell them to do..

I love them very much~~ haha.. I love to hug them too. =) Felt so warmth.. haha.. I think i can be a good mother in future.. haha.. just kidding.. Anyway, enjoy the photos of the lovely kids.. =)

My Fried Dumpling and Lemon Cupcake

Ok, my blog is going to become cooking blog. I just wanna share it to everyone. hee.. =) Maybe one day, you can try my cooking.. But maybe not that delicious. hee.. Firstly I had my homemade dumpling. Very easy to make..

Mix the minced pork and Xiao Bai Chye together.

Done!! I had fried dumpling for lunch...

Lemon Cupcake ( Approximately about 14 cupcakes)

Ingredients:

4 Eggs
200g Cake flour
250g butter
200g sugar
7g baking powder
1 Lemon

Step 1: Squeeze the lemon into juices

Step 2: Boil a bowl of water, placed the butter to melt it. Make it to liquid form.

Step 3: Mix all the ingredients together except the lemon juice. Mix well. Then lastly add the lemon juice into the mixture and mix well.

Step 4: Placed the mixture for 30mins.

Step 5: Preheat the oven to 200 degree Celsius

Step 6: After 30 mins, now you can pour the mixture into the muffins tin. And bake it for 10-12 mins @ 200 degree Celsius.

Happy birthday to Grandpa. Today is his 80th big birthday.. Sad to say I didn't go back for his big birthday, I felt so bad ,His two grandchild didn't go back and celebrate with him. May he stay in PINK health always.. Love you yeye.. =)

The house became quiet again. The two men in the house were left, one back to hk, one back to the small island.. miss them.. a family was separated into 3 different locations...

Easter Treasure Hunt

My church~ Children Ministry had organised an Easter Treasure Hunt at bontanic garden. It's been long since I last visited there. Everything change..Thanks God for the hot and sunny day.. Most people did had alot of fun, exploring the Botanic Garden.. I'm the game master. So throughout the game, I stayed at my station~ Evolution garden~.. When nobody came to my station, I'm abit bored.

The whole event ended around 11am. And Thanks to Aunt Sylvia for her homemade egg sandwiches. Yummy~~ She actually made 200 sandwiches for this event.

Honey Cake

Yeah! My honey cake was successful today. the first time i bake was failed! So I go online and search for my mistakes. And I found out the problem!!

This was the first time I baked.. So hard. looks like a rock than a piece of cake.

The problem is i didn't beat the egg white till fluffy, but this time i did it..

this time looks much like a cake..

Honey Cake

Ingredients:

4 eggs
20g of sugar
2 Tablespoons of Honey
85g of Cake flour
2 Tablespoons of vegetable oil
2Tablespoons of milk
1/4teaspoons of cream of tar tar
50g of sugar

Step 1: Preheat the oven at 150 degree Celsius

Step 2: Separate the eggs into egg yolk and egg white. Add egg yolk and 20g of sugar, beat till light yellow color, add in honey, milk and vegetable oil. Beat well.

Step 3: Sift flour, slowly add into the mixture.

Step 4: Egg white beat till it is fluffy. Add in cream of tar tar. Next add in 50g of sugar, continue to beat till it fluffy.

Step 5: Add egg white mixture into egg yolk mixture. Stir well. Use 150 degree Celsius and bake for 40 mins.

Hope you like it~~ My homemade Honey Cake.. Or if you want next time I let you try.

I shall continue to explore more about baking.. Rather than rocking at home.

Failed!!

I failed baking the Honey Cake. The honey cake turned out to be so hard. But surprisingly the taste is nice. never mind, I knew the problem for it, so try to make again.

Am I that useless? even a Temp job I also cannot get in. Hopeless.. =(
Haiz, staying at home every day, becomes so boring.. I don't feel like going out.. I don't feel like meeting anyone!! I just wanna be alone. Tomorrow suppose to meet up with Wendy they all to celebrate her birthday, but sorry I can't go. Hope u guys enjoy yourself.

Yeah! Finally I bought an oven.. whoo.. i can bake whatever i want.. baking becomes my hobby now. =) Haha.. so First try for today.. I bake mini muffins.. After all the mix and stir for the ingredients is ready to bake..

This is the Rasin muffins and I also bake Chocolate chips muffins.

Done!! Although it looks abit ugly, but the taste quite ok.. haha..

this box I gave to Alexis's as her birthday present.. hope she will like it.. My first try. haha..

I'm happy to be back to school again.. It's something that is not stress, no exam, no test etc.. Just for interest and learn new things.. A good start for the month..

Staying at home almost everyday, searching for jobs etc.. it's so boring.. Will my life be like that for the rest of the days??

Hot Pan Cake

Have you eaten your breakfast?? I had my home made pan cake today.. it's easy to make.. Do try it during weekend when you have more time.. So you do not have to rush down to Mac to buy it early in the morning. =)

Hot Pan cake

Ingredients:

1 cup of flour
1 Tablespoons of sugar
2 Teaspoons of Baking powder
1/4 Teaspoons of salt
1 Egg
1 cup of milk
2 Tablespoons of oil
1/2 Teaspoons of vanilla essence

Methods:

Step 1: Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking powder till blended.

Step2: Stir egg, add in milk, oil and vanilla essence.

Step 3: Add (2) into (1), stir well.

Step 4: Heat the frying pan, ( do not need to add oil). Pour about 1 scope of mixture on to the frying pan.. you will see bubbles appeared from the side to the centre. Then you can now turn to the other side. Cook it for about 30 sec to 1min..

Step 5: Done!! You can add in butter and honey on it..

Serve it with a cup of hot milo... A Delicious breakfast for a start of the day~~ Enjoy~
