• 1 cup of flour
• 1 Tablespoons of sugar
• 2 Teaspoons of Baking powder
• 1/4 Teaspoons of salt
• 1 Egg
• 1 cup of milk
• 2 Tablespoons of oil
• 1/2 Teaspoons of vanilla essence

Methods:

Step 1: Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking powder till blended.

Step2: Stir egg, add in milk, oil and vanilla essence.

Step 3: Add (2) into (1), stir well.

Step 4: Heat the frying pan, ( do not need to add oil). Pour about 1 scope of mixture on to the frying pan.. you will see bubbles appeared from the side to the centre. Then you can now turn to the other side. Cook it for about 30 sec to 1min..

Serve it with a cup of hot milo... A Delicious breakfast for a start of the day~~ Enjoy~

It's raining like cats and dogs this afternoon, suppose to meet my two dears at 2pm at vivocity. But i was late.. cos of the heavy rain.. sorry for the late!! then we had our very late lunch at one of the cafe at vivocity.. after some catching up here and there, sili suggests to play a game. By choosing a clothes for the others to try on.. at first fiona and I were abit reluctant to play.. neverless, we still played the game. haha.. so sili choose for fiona, fiona choose for me and I choose for sili..

After the choosing game, we went to Toyrus.. We just grab anything that is cute and borrowing them to take pics. haha..

Finally, we had a sweet photo to call a day.. a sweet photo with my favourite purple color.. after so much playing, we were tired and we went to Toast box for a drink.. We talked about some very old " memories" that I will never forget for my life!!

At night, I went to PS to meet up with my MDIS friends for dinner at Manhattan fish market, we had made a reservation at 7 pm end up we had our seat at 8pm. 1 hour for waiting. so what's for to make reservation..=.="

Anyway, I had a fun day with my girls.. Let's meet up again soon.. loves~~ love u girls..

I went to Toa payoh to study with Valen.. We studied @ Delifrance.. Thanks for the treat.. feel so bad that she helped me paid for the drink and food I ate..

Then attended May ying's 21st birthday party which held @ her house..This was the first 21st birthday party that I attended for this year.. that time i missed Sili's birthday.. think more to come.. I'm broke...>.<>

Good Bye Hong Kong

8/3/2009~~ 3 weeks amazing Hong kong trip was over. Yes I did enjoyed myself till I don't feel like coming back to S'pore. I used to the weather, to the pace of life. I love the cooling weather, the food that I love, the shopping etc.. the people that loved me, the family, relatives and friends.. I will miss them..

The night before, my grandpa asked me if anyone will send me to the airport, he said if no one send me, he will take a bus with me.. so touched.. I told him Uncle Henry will be sending me to the airport.

So in the end, I didn't have a chance to say goodbye to Grandpa, he left so fast to go for his tea time..

In the end, my grandma, Aunt Pam and Uncle Henry sent me to the airport, many years ago, whenever I left Hk, I will definitely cried. the night before I left I will start crying.. but now I don't.. my 2 angels~~ Grandma and Aunt Pam

My beloved Grandma..

My grandma is getting older, I will miss her.. miss her home cooked food. Whatever I want to eat, she will cook for me.. I can make her very very happy.. smiling everyday.. When she is getting frustrated, I just looked at her, smile at her, she will be very happy.. or I simply give her a kiss.. muacks~~ Usually the night before I left I will sleep with her, squeeze on the small bed that I used to sleep when I was young.. Hug her, kiss her...talk to her, laugh with her..

I treasured the precious time that I spent with her. I don't know how many more years I can spend with her. Of course the longer the better. I don't want to lose her.. I will remembered all the memories about her.. I better stop here before my tears start rolling..

My Uncle Henry, whom always bought alot of Lemon tea before I back to hk, filled the house with losta of snacks.. he even wait for me to come back and opened it together to eat..


I will miss them badly!! Sometimes even my mum will feel jealous why I'm so close with them. I also don't know why, maybe because that was the bond that I built since I'm born.

Daddy had 2 free movie tickets. So Aunt Pam and me went to IFC Palace to watch the movie " Slumdog millionaire". Nice show~~ We were suppose to watch 14:45 show but by the time we reached there, the show had already started and not much seats for us to choose. Therefore, we decided to wacth the 17:00 show.

We still have almost 2 hours left before the show start. So we walked around IFC shopping mall.

After that we went to have our tea.. And Aunt Pam brought me to the " Pottinger street". It's my first time being there. This street was traditional street stalls along the distinctive street of stone-slab steps that sell ribbions, bows and buttons.

it's 16:40, is time to go back to IFC before the movie start.

After the movie, we had free ice-cream and we went to Lan Kwai Fong. Lan Kwai Fong is a buzzing centre of clubs, bars and restaurants. we didn't go there for a drink, I wanna try next time. haha..

Then we took a ferry back to Tsim Sha Tusi to have our late dinner. that time I missed watching the " Symphony of lights" . This time round I'm able to watch it on the ferry..

And We had my favourite " Satay King" for dinner.. Yummy~~

Hianan Trip 2009

Ok, I'm back to blog about the Hainan Trip.. (26 Feb-1st March). From Hong Kong to Hainan, it took only 1 hour flight. This Hainan Trip is a very relaxing trip, not too rush..

Although it was only 1 hour flight, we still got a drink and a hot dog bun to eat.. not too bad..

We had reached our destination..

We saw alot of Coconut trees along the road..



So we took about 2 hours bus journey from Haikou to xinglong..

Day 2~~ After the breakfast, we still have sometime, we tour around the resort to take some photos before the day start~~

The weather is pretty good.. Hot and sunny day~~

Day 3~~ I'm too lazy to write.. Just enjoy the photos..
