Yeah! Finally I can went out of my house to go my friend's house for visitation.

yeah! Fiona and me went to the Taiwan restaurant @ Toa Payoh where we always go during our sec sch times. Then we took a bus to Sili's house.. then we played Twister and I'm the loser. haha.. and a football game. We took alot of silly photos. haha.. ( more photos with Sili I shall wait for her to send me.. )

Catch up with eachother. then Home sweet home.. nice day I had today.. =)

First day of CNY, early in the morning we went to Church. Then we had lunch and back home. I'm suffering from boredom. It's so bored to stay at home almost everyday. staring at the 4 walls. haiz.. =(

I had a great reunion dinner with my family. A very simple one this year. Such a boring CNY I had this year, no where to visit. Unlike last year when I spent in hk. More relatives, more fun.. I wish I can spend with my grandparents.. I'm looking forward to Feb..

Girls Outing @ Timbre 15/1/2009

Yeah!! another meet up session with Jillian, Xiao wei and Yanling.We went to Timbre this time. The last time we meet up was like last year. Times flies. Yanling ended her work late, so we ordered our food and drink first while waiting for her.

Ok, Finally Yanling arrived. We laughed, talked etc.. Times past really fast. We didn't wait for the live band and we went off at around 9 plus since they are working tomorrow. We took alot funny photos..

Then we went outside to take more photos. Laughed non stop while taking all the photos. haha.. Enjoy the photos.. =)

Fried Bee Thye Mak

My Brother was in the army for almost 1 week.. Hope he is doing fine over there.. Daddy was in hk. Now left mummy and me.. We have to bare this for 2 years till he is finished his NS. 2 Persons how to cook? so I decide to cook Fried Bee Thye Mak... Mummy said delicious and we had finished all.. yeah!! =)

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1 packet of Bee Thye Mak or ( used Celery)
some prawns
1 packet of silver sprout
2 sausages

Methods:

1. Prepare all the ingredients, the prawns peel shells and need to wash it and add some pepper on it.

2. Heat the oil and fry the eggs. ( Put aside)

3. Fry the prawns and sausages. ( Put aside)

4. Heat oil, put onion, fry Silver sprout with spring onion, add some salt and water. Then add Bee thye Mak. Fry till it is soft.

5. Put some soya sauce, then add those cooked ingredients..

6. Done~~

CNY is coming, meaning family gathering.. Both men will be coming back.. can't wait.. =)

1st outing in 2009. Meet up with Beatrice, Cheryl and Shu Qin.. We went to Yuki Yaki for lunch. They had promotion for today, if not i will have to pay adult price.. And this time we tried their pan fried ice cream.. Yummy~~ We even pour orange juice and coke. haha..

After such a heavy lunch, wanna walked around. But My dad called. and I have to rush home.. =( so took some pics before I left.. shall meet up soon for our cycling.. =) see u girls soon..
