Creme Brulee's Recipe

To Xiao Wei: Here is the Recipe for Creme Brulee.. Enjoy!!

Creme Brulee

Ingredients: 100 ml of Light Cream.. Here is the light cream that I bought ( from cold storage)


50ml of milk

2 egg yolks

1 tablespoon of sugar

few drops of vanilla essence (optional)

Step 1: separate the egg into egg white and egg yolk..

step 2: Preheat the oven to 200 degree Celsius

step 3: mix all the ingredients and used a sieve to pour the mixture into Creme brulee cups. ( not necessary have to use Creme brulee cups, you can use other container that can put into the oven)

Step 4: pour water into the tray and placed the Creme brulee cups on top.

Step 5: Cooked for 40 mins in a 200 degree Celsius oven.

* You can test whether is it cooked or not, used a toothpick to test. If nothing stick on the toothpick means it is done!! *

Step 6: once it is done, wait for it to cool, then pour some sugar on top and used a fire gun to burn it.

Then what about the egg white.. I won't waste it, used it to do Egg White Pudding..

1 bowl:

2 egg white, 5 teaspoons of sugar ( depend on how sweet you want), milk

Step 1: Boil water in a wok

Step 2: mix the sugar and egg white.. then pour milk about 80% full.

Step 3: used the cling paper to cover the top..

step 4: cook it for about 25 min.. same thing use toothpick to test..
