Happy 2009

Last day in 2008, this year I had 2 big events happened to me. Like my 21st birthday and I had completed my degree course.

2009 will be a new phase for me. entering into the working environment will not be easy especially next year there will be high unemployment rate.

My wish for 2009 is to find a job and.....

Anyway, wish everyone, my family, my friends and all my love ones to have a prosperous, healthy and happy 2009!!

Christmas Trip @ Japan Day 5 25/12/2008

Christmas!! and also last day for the Japan trip.. We went to the Kishu Bincho-Charcoal Memorial Park. This park introduce us the various forestry and charcoal products, particularly focusing on the Kishu Binchotan. It is the highest quality charcoal produced in the Kinan region.They even sell Charcoal cookies. Yes, the cookies shape really look like Charcoal.

Then we had Japanese BBQ for lunch... The expensive beef we had..

After which, we went to the Factory outlet at Kansai. Then we headed back to the airport. That's the end of my Japan trip.

*P.S. Overall this trip is more on sight seeing. Meanly because Osaka doesn't have much theme park compare to Tokyo. But the Scenery is very very nice... We didn't actually plan to go Japan, it's a very last min trip. This might be our last trip to go as a family.. Cos my brother is going to the NS next year Jan. He will not be able to join us if we are going on travelling. I shall wait for 2 years later.

Christmas Trip @ Japan Day 4 24/12/2008

Christmas Eve~~ i don't know the name for it in English.. See the pics below..

Then we went to Fish Market for our lunch. it's the most expensive Lunch we had. We ordered Sashimi, which I don't eat..

After that we went to the cave. it took only 14 sec down to the cave which is 36m away from the ground.

This little girl is called Chloe. She is only 5 years old. Very cute girl.. haha.. I like Children and Children like me. haha.. her Mum is from Singapore and they stayed in Australia.

Continue our Journey~~

Then we went back to our hotel and We went for Hot Spring... very relaxing..

We had dinner in our hotel and it's buffet...

At 8pm, we had special programme. This show is about how to make the local Japanese cake.

To celebrate Christmas eve, we had Crab from Hokkaido..

Christmas Trip @ Japan Day 3 23/12/2008

Again, morning call at 6.30am. After we had our breakfast, we headed to the Universal Studios. it was very near our hotel . We took about 15 mins bus journey and we arrived. We reached there before 9am, so we went to take photos outside the Universal studios. We played from 9am-5.30pm.

We played some games like The E.T. Adventure, Back to the future... Each game we had to queue about 1 hour. walk around and took photos.

We also played the amazing Adventure of spider man.

It's really super cold that we kept on going in and out of those shops to keep ourself warmth.

We had local Japanese Ramen for dinner. Shop around and we back to the hotel...

Christmas Trip @ Japan Day 2 22/12/2008

6.30am Morning call, We had our breakfast in the Hotel. Today, itinerary was more on looking at the scenery.

First we went to the Kyomizu Temple, also known as " pure water temple". It was notable for its vast veranda supported by hundreds of pilars and commands a panoramic view of the Kyoto. It is one of the most ceelbrated temples in Japan.

This is Japanese Fish Cake. I had cuttlefish and my brother had Cheese. Hot and yummy.

Then we headed for lunch~~ My lunch for today is local Japanese curry rice. Not spicy at all...

Then after lunch we walked around. It's really very cold..

Then we took almost 2hours journey to the doutonbori Street. this looks like our Bugis street but they had more shops.

We had our dinner at one of the sushi restaurant. very few varieties. After dinner we can continue to do shopping till 8pm. Then we back to our hotel. Which is located in the city area. Beside our Hotel there are many many shopping malls around. Like Shinsaibashi street etc..
