Another meet up

Meet xiao wei for dinner today, since she need to repair her laptop, so we went Wheelock to have Fish and Co for our dinner. Another coincidence that I saw Shu Qin and her bf.. haha.. We shall meet up with cheryl and beatrice once they had finished their exam.. hee.. =) can't wait. after dinner, wanna go Far east to shop, but almost all the shop are closed, so we headed to Wisma, shop for awhile, then I went home...

Had a great time with her. I always love going out with friends. I had so much fun today..shall meet up with our " gang" soon..

Meet up with Christina for dinner, suppose to meet Chi and Sili. Unfortunately, they both either sick or got something on.. Sobz.. So end up only Chris and me meet up. I enjoyed the time with her.. hee.. We went N.Y.D.C cafe at Wheelock to have our dinner. First time trying, not bad.. Then such a coincidence that saw May ying and Cheryl...

Anyway, I'm glad that Christina love the music box I gave her, cos she had so many accessories, now she can place her stuffs inside. haha.. =) more meet up Pls.. Loves~~

Secret Receipe

Had lunch with Pei pei at vivo city, first time trying " Secret Receipe", the food is quite nice, I think their famous is chicken pie and cakes. Pei ordered a chicken pie and I'm craving for fish, so I ordered fish and chips and a cup of iced Mocha. Had a great time with her although it was just an hour. talked alot of things, sch, her work etc... and there was so much things happen to her. Got angry by a friend for some misunderstanding, poor pei pei.. I hate that friend since I was sec 1. Hump!! stop bully Pei pei... i think some of them will know who i'm refering to... haha.. I don't care!! Just stop bully my friend.

I shall try this chicken pie next time..

Long time didn't have bbq, so my class had organised a bbq at east coast park. So i went with Alexis. get to know some of them better.. about 10 plus I went to 師奶hk cafe to have supper with eileen and bf, brenda, Richmond and Alexis... reached home at 12am.

This was little Hannah, taken after my meeting.. a very sweet girl..

Fried beancurb (琵琶豆腐)

Another new dish that I made, haha.. my blog is going to become food making blog.. haha..
This dish is called 琵琶豆腐 which I always love to eat whenever i go to some chinese restaurant to eat and now I knew how to make it.. haha.. yeah!!

Ingredients:

1 box of beancurb, egg, some spring onion,salto fish paste

marinate sauce:

1 teaspoon of chicken seasoning powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, abit of pepper, 1teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of soya sauce and 2 tablespoons of pure cornflour.

Step 1: Use kitchen paper to dry the beancurb, then add the salto fish paste, add spring onion and all the ingredients of the mariante sauce. Mix well. it will turn out like the picture below.

Step 2: Heat the frying pan with oil, then slowly scope 1 tablespoon of the mixture and fried it.

* fried one side to golden color and then turn to the other side and do the same thing.

Done!! yummy~~

Waraku

Nowadays, I love to go Waraku, Waraku became one of my favourite Japanese restaurant. I love the food there... Today, I went to Marina square's Waraku to have dinner with Jillian. We had a great time together. Had a great chit chatting session with her. hee.. =) we talked about alot of things. haha.. i love meet ups. More meet ups pls.. =P
