
Another new dish that I made, haha.. my blog is going to become food making blog.. haha..
This dish is called 琵琶豆腐 which I always love to eat whenever i go to some chinese restaurant to eat and now I knew how to make it.. haha.. yeah!!
Ingredients:
1 box of beancurb, egg, some spring onion,salto fish paste
marinate sauce:
1 teaspoon of chicken seasoning powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, abit of pepper, 1teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of soya sauce and 2 tablespoons of pure cornflour.
Step 1: Use kitchen paper to dry the beancurb, then add the salto fish paste, add spring onion and all the ingredients of the mariante sauce. Mix well. it will turn out like the picture below.

Step 2: Heat the frying pan with oil, then slowly scope 1 tablespoon of the mixture and fried it.
* fried one side to golden color and then turn to the other side and do the same thing.

Done!! yummy~~
